The emblem of the Kirloskar Vasundhara Worldwide Movie Pageant (KVIFF) was launched by competition president Rajendra Deshpande, coordinator Anand Chitley and director Virendra Chitrav on Friday.
The competition will likely be held on-line for 4 days from January 9 to 12. The each day broadcast will likely be from 11am to 2pm, and the recurring radio broadcast will likely be from 7pm to 10pm.
Three honors have been introduced for Vasundhara Mitra as a part of the competition – environmental journalist Nivedita Khandekar from Delhi; Mongabay, a non-profit information platform for environmental science and conservation; and activist Anita Malge from Solapur.
The competition shows about 100 movies beneath the supervision of the competition secretary, Dr. Gurudas Nulkarand and advisors Dr. Priyadarshini Karve, Sanjay Patel, Dr. Rajashree Joshi, Swapnil Kumbhojkar, and Arti Kulkarni. Anas
